No two projects are ever the same but the same transferable skills can be applied.

Project Management can be brought in at any point in the creative process - at the concept stage or at the delivery stage or anywhere in between.
If your project is still at concept stage then I can help develop your plans, seek out funding opportunities and take it through to delivery.
If your project is already funded then I can ensure it gets realised by managing the budget, staff, infrastructure, marketing and generally organising the socks off it!

Visual and
Public art
Public art can be permanent or temporary. This building was due for demolition so we were allowed to use it to deliver a stunning piece of work based on older people talking to young people about their early working life. It was at a busy junction and created a lot of attention.
Short Films and
issue based Drama
Want an educational film or a hard hitting drama to show the dangers of loan sharks, doorstep scams or any other issue based theme. I write scripts or work with script writers, then bring in actors, directors, film makers and other creatives to deliver the message. These may be performed on stage or may be used in film format with workshops.
Outdoor events
Fetes and Carnivals
In the UK we love a good outdoor event, even if it's raining. From town light switch on events (pictured) to fetes, carnivals, processions or business promotions, I've organised them all in the past. I develop health and safety plans, manage stall holders, bring in entertainment and activities whilst promoting and marketing events to bring in the audience.
Theatre in the
Park
I have a large number of contacts in the theatre world and can bring in shows and productions to your park. I manage ticketing, audience seating, actors and staging whilst promoting and creating a great family atmosphere.
