Funding Bids

Money makes the world go round. You might have the best and the most exciting project idea but without capital or revenue funding it's going nowhere.

Funding can come from lots of different sources - grant funders, large companies, Council's, community fund raising, amongst other sources and I know where to find them. I write proposals and bids for projects on all different scales and then either deliver the projects on your behalf or step back and offer guidance.

All funding bids are written on a no win, no fee basis, bring your ideas to me and we can plan the best way forward.

Project

Funding

This is usually the most straightforward type of funding to get. If you have a particular issue or need there are 1,000s of funding pots available, you just have to know where to look. Fortunately, I do know where to look and can create a bespoke approach to suit your needs.

Capital

Funding

This is the hardest to get as many funders don't fund capital projects. But just because it's hard doesn't mean it's impossible, it just might take a lot longer to piece together any funding bids that are needed. It can involve breaking projects down and applying to many different sources.

Core

Funding

This is equally hard to access so the best way to approach it is usually to develop a project that can incorporate some core costs. For example, you want to keep a team member employed but their post is funded, a project fund might carry staff costs which you can continue to employ your team member to deliver.
